Tax Preparation

Internal Revenue Service is offering FREE Income Tax Preparation through their Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA), Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE), American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) programs. Trained volunteers will prepare income tax returns and file them at no charge for those who qualify. Most sites offer Federal and State electronic filing.

  Income of $40,000 or less to qualify for this service.

Qualified persons bring the following documents with you to the tax site:
1. All W-2s and 1099s (if any)
2. Social Security Cards or Taxpayer Identification Numbers     (TIN)  for all family members
3. Copy of prior year's tax return, if available
4. Bank Account Number and Routing Number, for direct     deposit.
5. Valid Photo ID
